Hey there folks...its been quite a while. A whole lot has happened and I have strayed but not too far. People have given birth, people have gotten married, and some people have even traveled to other countries since I last posted. Eh Bey! That means I have really been gone for a while.
So first I want to say congrats to all the new parents, Godspeed to all the travelers, and many blessings to those recently married.
Since I have mentioned new parents, my next entry will be about some of the Ghanain practices related to birth and mothering. Until then...mon whe mo whon so ye (take care of yourselves)
